The Barnstudio uses Paypal as
its
transaction gateway for all its internet based debit/credit card transactions.
Paypal is a
secure site - your credit card details are encrypted. Encryption scrambles all of
your personal information, including credit/debit card number, name, address, etc.
so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Even the Barnstudio never gets to see, or are in any way informed of, your card details. You will
see a small padlock at the bottom of the screen when you enter the payment areas
controlled by Paypal. The padlock verifies that you are in a secure area. |

| If your
purchase from the Barnstudio does not meet your approval,
please contact us and tell us the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will
attempt to satisfy your concerns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason and wish to cancel it please let us know within 7 days of receipt, return it to us
in unused condition and we will refund the full purchase price. Please note that shipping
charges on returned merchandise are not refundable. |
Shipping/Postage and Packing for all Prints is
included in the listed price for UK, USA, Canadian and European destinations. Orders are
sent by First Class Royal Mail or Parcel Force. We endeavour to dispatch orders within
24
hours of payment. Shipping to the US and Canada usually takes about a week. All prints are
packed carefully and securely in padded postal envelops or large strong Postal Tubes. We
recommend that upon receipt you unpack and keep your Print flat until you have it framed. If
you require shipping insurance on large orders or original artwork there will be
an extra charge. Contact us for details.

delivered in a damaged condition, let us know and return it to us in the
original tube (If possible) and we will replace the item or offer you a full refund.
