About the Artists |
Scot Howden |

Scot Howden was born in England,
was
raised in several different countries and now resides
and paints from his studio in the Peak District
National Park in Derbyshire, England. Scot has been
drawing and painting since he was a toddler.
Apart from high school level art Scot has no
formal art training. Having a mother as an artist he learned about
colour, painting techniques and expressing his
imagination from an early age. |

After
studying Biology, Psychology and Business at Uni. Scot
began his art career in the mid 90's when he started selling landscape and
fantasy art paintings through local gift shops and
galleries.

Scot is most known for
his atmospheric water-color paintings of the
Peak Landscape as well as his fantasy and figure painting.
His work has been published in a number of media
including Fine Art Limited Edition Prints,
calendars, greeting cards, book covers and in newspaper and
magazine publications. |

| Pat Howden |
| Pat was born on the outskirts of Sheffield where she developed a
lifelong love of the English countryside. She has exhibited in
Australia. New Zealand, Switzerland, England and as a result has
collectors of her work all over the world. Although she enjoys
painting a variety of subjects she is especially inspired by the
challenge of rarely observed objects. |
